2026 Full-Time - Analyst, Technology Risk Management (St. Petersburg, FL)

This role supports Raymond James’ Second Line Technology Risk Management function by helping coordinate technology risk activities, maintain risk documentation, and administer risk artifacts in a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The analyst also supports reporting and monitoring cycles to ensure technology risks are appropriately assessed, monitored, and escalated.

• Support execution of technology risk assessments and risk and control evaluations across assigned technology domains
• Assist with coordination of risk activities for the second line technology risk function
• Support reporting and monitoring cycles for technology risk oversight
• Maintain and administer risk documentation and risk artifacts in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform
• Help ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented risk oversight across technology domains

The technical scope is technology risk governance rather than software engineering: performing technology risk assessments, supporting risk and control evaluations, and maintaining risk oversight artifacts in a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Work includes supporting ongoing risk monitoring and reporting to executive risk committees and, when applicable, the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate is an analyst-level professional who can support second line Technology Risk Management by performing technology risk assessments and risk and control evaluations. They are detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills, able to maintain risk artifacts in a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform and support recurring risk reporting and monitoring cycles.
