Help Desk Support Tech monitors order flow, supports client requests, and resolves operational issues to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

- Monitor orders

- Manage Meridian and Help Desk tickets
- Identify risks to same-day fulfillment
- Track and analyze order performance
Technical Overview
Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; Meridian ticketing; order monitoring and reporting; client communications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented frontline helper desk associate with at least 1 year in customer service or logistics, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and able to work 9am-6pm on-site in Ruskin, FL with weekend shifts as needed.
