About this role
Lead ABM-driven demand generation for a B2B SaaS company, owning global ABM strategy and execution, and orchestrating a GTM technology stack to drive enterprise pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Global ABM Strategy & Execution
- Design and scale ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
- Execute multi-channel plays across digital, outbound, website personalization, paid media, events, and sales sequences
- Align with Sales on account plans and pipeline targets
- Own US pipeline creation and quarterly/monthly targets
Technical Overview
Hands-on ABM program design and multi-channel execution using 3rd party platforms (6sense, Demandbase, UserGems) in combination with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong. Build dashboards with engagement-to-pipeline tracking and work with RevOps on scoring and automation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ABM-focused marketer with 5+ years in B2B SaaS, a proven track record of designing and executing enterprise ABM programs, and hands-on experience with a GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase, Gong, Clay). They should excel at cross-functional collaboration, be data-driven, and comfortable managing complex, multi-channel ABM programs at global scale.
