Support faculty and students with technical and administrative help for online courses, primarily through the Learning Management System (LMS). Perform LMS troubleshooting, triage support queues, and run accessibility and functionality audits to ensure course accessibility compliance.

- Monitor course triage and instructor support queue
- Provide technical and functional LMS support and best practices
- Deliver advanced technical assistance via phone and email for educational technologies
- Test and evaluate LMS updates and new functionalities
- Conduct accessibility and functionality audits for newly developed courses
