About this role

This is a full-time apprenticeship designed to combine structured learning with paid work on production systems through the Bletchley Fellowship. Apprentices complete Flatiron’s Data Science & AI Bootcamp and then contribute to host-company projects while building production-ready portfolio work.

Technical Overview

The role focuses on AI and data science foundations applied in real production software projects. Apprentices work in sprint-based workflows, participate in code reviews, and write clean, maintainable, testable code while deepening knowledge of data and machine learning.
