Key Responsibilities

Attend and complete bootcamp as part of the apprenticeship
Contribute to software projects for host company
Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code
Collaborate in sprint-based workflows and participate in code reviews
Build a portfolio of production-level work

Focus on AI/data science intersection; production-ready software development; sprint-based workflows; modern frameworks (React/Vue) and backend (Node.js) with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level full-stack developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, Python, and Java, eager to grow through Flatiron's AI bootcamp and a paid apprenticeship with Bletchley Fellowship partners.

Must-Have Skills

Availability 40 hours/week for 14 monthsDegree in Computer Science or similar technical degree OR recently completed a software engineering bootcampProgramming proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g.JavaScriptPythonJava)Familiarity with frontend and backend web development conceptsWorking knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databasesMust be currently living in the U.S.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any visa sponsorship at this time
