About this role
Account Executive - 401K responsible for supporting retirement plan producers, updating plan data, and ensuring service excellence for employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing client contact; work with vendors and TPAs to automate data collection and analysis; schedule client meetings; maintain client files; prepare minutes for investment committees
Technical Overview
ERISA-regulated retirement-plan environment; familiarity with Morningstar, RPAG, FiRM software, Form 5500, and plan documentation; strong client and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced retirement-plan professional with 5+ years, a Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and strong client-management skills for mid-to-large employer-sponsored plans.
