  • Maintain existing new business and increase profitability within the region by driving organic growth within Distribution accounts
  • Develop new business within existing Distribution accounts aligned with the Sales Director
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with a strong pipeline of active opportunities
  • Identify and understand customer needs long term and short term; differentiate and sell value of Amcor products and services
  • Build collaborative relationships with key account stakeholders including procurement, engineering, quality, and operations
