About this role
As an Account Executive, you work on the front lines of real estate acquisitions by engaging motivated sellers and agents and turning challenges into win-win solutions. You manage lead response quickly, build rapport, qualify opportunities, handle objections, and drive deals to close while maintaining a disciplined CRM pipeline in ReSimply CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound seller/agent leads quickly with urgency and professionalism
- Contact prospects by phone, text, email, and in person appointments
- Follow established contact and follow up cadence through close or disqualification
- Re-engage dormant leads and document fully in ReSimply CRM
- Qualify leads across motivation, condition, timeline, and price; navigate objections
Technical Overview
This role is primarily sales operations with CRM execution. The key system is ReSimply CRM, where you must keep accurate pipeline statuses, notes, and follow-up plans.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales closer/account executive who can respond to inbound seller and agent leads within minutes and consistently move opportunities through qualification to close. They have strong phone/text/email outreach skills, a disciplined follow-up cadence, and are comfortable managing a real estate pipeline in ReSimply CRM.
