About this role
Senior Account Executive responsible for strategy, retention, and growth of named healthcare accounts, managing end-to-end account plans and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand member goals/objectives and develop account plans
- Establish and maintain strategic account plans and facilitate monthly account team calls
- Lead quarterly business reviews and coordinate cross-functional resources
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Manage contract renewals and maintain value communications
Technical Overview
Primarily sales/consultative role focusing on healthcare procurement and account management; CRM tooling (Salesforce) for pipeline and account tracking; cross-functional execution across supply chain and payer-provider domains.

The ideal candidate is a senior Account Executive with 7+ years of healthcare sales and account management experience, skilled in strategic account planning, group purchasing, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize member value.
