About this role
Account Executive, Commercial at Dialpad owns the entire sales process from lead to close for small business clients, collaborating with Sales Engineers to deliver Dialpad Talk/Contact Center/Sell solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process, including leads and pipeline
- Build talk tracks for client use cases
- Weekly 1:1 with Manager for coaching and deal reviews
- Forecast and provide guidance to management
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and peers to improve process

Solution-selling environment leveraging the Dialpad product suite; cross-functional teamwork with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level account executive with 1-2+ years of sales experience, capable of owning the full sales process for small businesses, and collaborating with Sales Engineers to drive Dialpad adoption.
