About this role
Sell Mohawk products/services across the assigned hospitality territory by generating new customers and expanding existing markets. Conduct sales calls and presentations, quote pricing, close transactions, and monitor territory performance while providing customer service and product feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales calls, including traveling to customer and potential customer facilities
- Make sales presentations and use persuasive sales and negotiation techniques to close transactions
- Monitor territory performance against established objectives/guidelines and take action to improve results
- Provide customer service to resolve issues within marketing policies and escalate/coordinate with other departments
- Stay abreast of industry/product/economic changes and provide timely field activity reporting
Technical Overview
Role is focused on field sales execution rather than technical stack. The core workflow includes traveling to customer facilities, delivering sales presentations, calculating and quoting prices, closing transactions, and managing territory reporting and feedback loops to internal teams.

The ideal candidate is an Account Executive who can drive hospitality sales in the assigned Chicago & St. Louis territory. They are a high-energy self-starter who can make sales calls and presentations, quote pricing, close transactions, and consistently monitor territory performance against objectives while providing strong customer service.
