About this role
Account Executive in the mid-market at Lattice focusing on new business, prospecting cold accounts, and onboarding customers onto the Lattice platform. Drive growth by meeting quotas, mastering the Lattice product, and engaging HRIS/Payroll buyers in a remote US environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisitions to meet monthly sales quotas
- Prospect and engage cold accounts
- Conduct discovery calls to identify business challenges
- Demonstrate knowledge of Lattice products to help customers evaluate solutions
- Onboard 6-12 new customers each quarter
