About this role
Account Lead for ISG Governance Services supporting a set of Health Sciences enterprise clients. You will oversee governance services engagement, ensure service delivery compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide account management
- Provide overall delivery oversight to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and governance practices
- Identify opportunities for account growth and propose additional services
- Engage in governance forums and facilitate follow-up meetings
- Advise on supplier contractual commitments and support sourcing and vendor management challenges
Technical Overview
Client-facing governance leadership spanning IT Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing, applications/infrastructure/procurement understanding, and vendor management. Responsible for governance forums participation, delivery oversight, and training onboarding related to security and compliance expectations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior governance-focused account leader with experience managing Health Sciences enterprise clients and overseeing delivery and growth of governance services. They have strong IT Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing background, plus proven stakeholder management and contract/supplier negotiation experience.
