Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining a Success Plan with goals, KPIs, roadmap, and 90-day outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional delivery across SEO, Paid Ads, Web, and Content, run client calls, produce monthly campaign reporting, and ensure QA on client-facing deliverables.

  • Serve as main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Maintain living Success Plan (goals, KPIs, roadmap, risks, 90-day outcomes)
  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly/monthly client calls with agendas and 24-hour recaps
  • Create monthly campaign reports in story format (result → insight → recommended action → expected impact)
  • Perform QA on client-facing deliverables and coordinate across SEO, Paid, Web, and Content teams
