About this role
The Account Manager proactively maintains and retains existing commercial and industrial waste service customers within an assigned territory. The role also increases penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products and manages contract re-signs and cancellation requests in alignment with escalation policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and retain existing customers with long-term relationships
- Use Salesforce daily to schedule and document sales activities
- Perform contractual re-signs and handle cancellation requests per escalation policy
- Support pricing initiatives and manage rate restrictions/customer credits
- Increase penetration by selling Republic Services product suite and partner with operations
Technical Overview
