About this role
This Account Manager position is focused on building relationships with key clients and driving sales within a defined territory in MN or WI. You will prospect and close sales opportunities, manage leads and customers in the company CRM, and coordinate orders and deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships and prospect new opportunities

- Manage aged inventory and accounts receivable
- Conduct Customer Business Reviews and coordinate orders and deliveries

While primarily sales-focused, the role requires use of a CRM management system for tracking leads, targets, and customer management. It also expects understanding of technical product specifications, plus staying current on treatment technologies and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Account Manager with 3+ years of customer service experience and strong sales execution skills in a regional territory (MN/WI). They manage sales leads and customers in a CRM management system, close opportunities, and stay accountable for aged inventory and accounts receivable. They combine strong communication and relationship-building with product technical comprehension to support customer projects and reviews.
