About this role
Account Manager, Enterprise Scale at Hootsuite manages day-to-day contact with pooled customers, drives renewals and expansions, and collaborates cross-functionally to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with pooled accounts
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide customer value
- Provide weekly forecasts and rolling forecasts
- Manage end-to-end renewal process
Technical Overview
Primarily customer-facing with exposure to CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Front App).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced account manager with enterprise-scale customer base, proven ability to drive renewals, upsell, and expansions, strong forecasting and cross-functional collaboration, comfortable in onsite roles in Canada.
