LATAM Account Manager at Braze in São Paulo; manage and grow a LATAM client portfolio, drive engagement and upsell, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth: Own and manage a portfolio of key LATAM accounts in LATAM
- Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
- Navigating Sales stages and quota achiever: mastery from initial qualification to Closed Won
- Renewal approach and strategy: manage Braze’s renewal process within the customer lifecycle
Technical Overview
Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem and customer engagement solutions; renewals and cross-functional collaboration across go-to-market teams.
