About this role
Keeper is hiring a driven Account Manager for a 100% remote B2B role focused on growing revenue within an established set of named customer accounts. You will manage renewals, cross-sells, upsells, and run technical and Quarterly Business Reviews with senior management and C-level contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry a revenue quota for assigned accounts
- Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells
- Conduct technical and Quarterly Business Reviews to set goals
- Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts and close deals
- Advise customers on best practices for securing against password related breaches
Technical Overview
The role is not engineering-focused, but it requires advising customers on best practices for securing and protecting businesses against password-related breaches and troubleshooting adoption challenges. You will align Keeper’s cybersecurity value to client business and technical goals through structured reviews and ongoing account support.

The ideal candidate is an Account Manager with proven B2B sales experience managing named customer accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
