About this role
Account Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring accurate trade, pricing, deductions, and contract integrity. Supports sales with reporting, forecasting review, audit accuracy, and merchandising execution to deliver sales and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners
- Input annual business plan and manage trade events in the Trade Management tool
- Collaborate with deductions team to verify accuracy and close deductions weekly
- Manage customer price lists and spending tools/trends
- Audit reports for accuracy and initiate/elevate actions on errors
Technical Overview
Works with trade systems and customer/portal deal submission processes, maintains customer price lists, and uses tools to track spending trends and compliance. Handles data and system discrepancies (e.g., weekly forecast) and produces contract-related reporting and audits with high accuracy using Microsoft Office.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Account Manager with 1+ year of related experience in CPG-style environments, comfortable managing customer pricing, contracts, and compliance. They are highly accurate with audit reporting and contract integrity, and they can work cross-functionally to resolve data and system discrepancies while supporting sales with timely analytics and reporting.
