About this role
Account Manager (PBM) - Remote supports the Employer Account Executive and groups with client-facing initiatives, product recommendations, and relationship management within PBM/healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Employer Groups and leadership to resolve issues
- Build business cases for client initiatives
- Interpret reporting requests and present insights
- Facilitate client meetings and health fairs
- Maintain Salesforce records
