About this role
This remote Account Manager role supports Quebec accounts by managing trade events, customer price lists, deductions, and contract compliance. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to prepare quotes, contracts, and reports, while helping deliver assigned sales and margin targets through merchandising and category execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain annual business plan and trade events in the Trade Management tool
- Collaborate with deductions team to verify deductions and close deductions weekly
- Track customer compliance and contract visibility including pricing integrity and agreement terms
- Prepare quotes, credit terms, delivery dates, sales contracts, and sales reports
- Support forecasting review and resolve data/system discrepancies with cross-functional partners
Technical Overview
The role uses Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and operates with a Trade Management tool for annual plan inputs and trade event maintenance. It also involves contract management reporting/analysis and preferred familiarity with SAP (S4, TMA) to support data accuracy and forecasting routines.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a bilingual Account Manager with a BA/BS in Business or Marketing and at least 1-year of related experience, preferably in CPG. They are highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and can support contract management, deductions reconciliation, and forecasting review routines. They should be comfortable working remotely while coordinating cross-functionally and maintaining accurate trade and customer pricing tools.
