About this role
This fully remote Account Manager role owns client success for a wedding venue marketing agency, including onboarding and ongoing portfolio health management. The position blends relationship management, project management, and operational execution across ad operations, creative, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ClickUp workspace operations and workflows
- Own 28-day client onboarding including credentials, domains, DNS records, and campaign readiness
- Maintain ongoing client health using a Green/Yellow/Red status system
- Coordinate with ad operations and creative teams to launch new campaigns
- Use AI tools to improve workflow and troubleshoot client processes
Technical Overview
The role relies on operational tooling (ClickUp, Slack) and marketing platforms (Meta ad campaigns, GoHighLevel) and includes technical onboarding tasks such as DNS configuration and configuring client systems. The candidate will also use AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to draft communications, build SOPs, and troubleshoot processes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Account Manager for a marketing services environment, comfortable owning onboarding end-to-end and keeping a large portfolio of clients healthy using a structured status system (Green/Yellow/Red). They have hands-on operational experience in ClickUp, can work with GoHighLevel and Meta ad campaigns, and are comfortable with technical tasks like DNS configuration while leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
