Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager leads the division finance function, guiding the team to deliver accurate financial, tax, and compliance reporting. The role partners with managers and leadership on forecasting, budgeting support, inventory management, and audit readiness while overseeing finance personnel training and development.

• Analyze financial, operational, and key performance metrics with division leadership
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, and reporting
• Implement and interpret accounting and financial policies; improve controls and systems
• Supervise external and internal audit processes and drive cost improvements

This role centers on accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, forecasting, annual budget support, monthly balancing, and inventory management. It also involves implementing and interpreting accounting and financial policies and maintaining internal controls through internal and external audit processes, with Microsoft D365 experience as a preferred tool.

The ideal candidate is an Accounting Manager with 3+ years of financial experience overseeing general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, forecasting, budgeting support, and monthly balancing. They have strong internal controls experience, can lead or supervise finance team members, and are comfortable partnering with operations and leadership on performance metrics while maintaining a strong safety culture.
