Key Responsibilities
- Own all accounting functions including general ledger and compliance reporting
- Manage Unclaimed Property (UPCR) and serve as point person for audits
- Maintain SOX controls and administer SOX control testing
- Review contract accrual/deferral function at month-end close and propose entries
- Prepare cash receipt and GL entries plus reconcile accounts and support reporting

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Accounting Manager who can own end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, forecasting support, monthly balancing, and inventory management. They have strong SOX control ownership experience (controls in place and up to date, plus SOX control testing), can manage Unclaimed Property (UPCR) and Personal Property Tax filings, and can lead through month-end close activities and audits.
