Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager will lead a small accounting team on a contract basis in a SaaS environment, overseeing general ledger activities, flux analysis, audits, and NetSuite-based operations.

• Oversee general ledger activities to ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes
• Assist in the preparation and review of flux analysis reports to identify and explain variances
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and collaborating with auditors
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering effective communication and collaboration
• Utilize NetSuite to manage accounting operations and enhance system accuracy

Technical scope includes NetSuite ERP, general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, audit support, and month-end close with emphasis on GAAP compliance and financial controls.

The ideal candidate is an accounting manager with strong NetSuite experience, 2-5+ years in month-end close, and leadership of a small team in a SaaS environment.
