About this role
This role leads the General Accounting Bank Reconciliation team and owns end-to-end book-to-bank reconciliation and transactional matching processes. You will ensure reconciliations are accurate, complete, and timely while maintaining strong ICFR-aligned control governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages a team responsible for bank reconciliations and transactional matching in ARCS and PeopleSoft
- Owns the end-to-end book-to-bank reconciliation process and control environment
- Ensures reconciliation governance, standardization of templates, and documentation of procedures for ICFR framework
- Drives process development and continuous improvement initiatives using technology and automation
- Partners with Treasury, Tax, Investment Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support control compliance
