About this role
This is a remote contract role for a Cloud Accounting Trainer focused on practical, hands-on instruction. You will train freelancers and small business owners to use FreshBooks properly for day-to-day financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical hands-on training sessions (1:1 or small groups)
- Guide users through setting up and using a cloud accounting system
- Teach core workflows like invoicing, expenses, and reporting
- Adapt training to user level and business context
- Provide support beyond initial setup when required
Technical Overview
You will work inside FreshBooks to guide users through setting up and using a cloud accounting system. Training covers invoicing, expenses, and reporting, with ongoing support when required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a trainer who understands basic accounting principles and can turn a cloud accounting tool into real user understanding. They have experience delivering practical, hands-on training (1:1 or small groups) and can coach users through invoicing, expenses, and reporting inside FreshBooks.
