About this role
This contract Corporate Recruiter (Hybrid NYC) role manages the full recruiting lifecycle for hiring in New York at a global financial services organization. You will partner with hiring leaders and own sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and pipeline strategy while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily recruiting technology exposure, including ATS/CRM platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Eightfold, Bullhorn, and SuccessFactors. The work also relies on Microsoft Office and recruiting process execution rather than software engineering or system administration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level corporate recruiter with 3+ years of recruiting experience and strong ATS/CRM proficiency. They can manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer management—while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. Experience with tools such as Workday, Taleo, Eightfold, Bullhorn, and SuccessFactors is expected, with Oracle Recruitment Cloud exposure and financial services recruiting as pluses.
