About this role
As an Accounting Supervisor, you lead accounting professionals while ensuring accurate, timely, compliant accounting operations. You partner with business and finance teams on core accounting activities, complex reporting/analysis, and continuous improvement through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accounting professionals
- Coordinate financial accounting controls and integrity of financial records
- Collaborate to establish accounting policies, standards, and processes in compliance with GAAP and accounting regulations
- Develop analytical processes to ensure compliance with FERC accounting guidelines and SOX policies
- Support rate case efforts and audit/financial reporting requirements
