About this role
This role manages inventory accuracy by coordinating physical inventories and cycle counts, reviewing inventory adjustments, and producing timely inventory recaps for management. It also oversees store returns processing, tracks salvage activity, supports shrink reduction, and maintains compliance documentation with Accounting.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee pallet breakdown and process store return documents
- Identify and resolve internal shrink problems and inventory variance issues
- Track Salvage Program and maintain record retention compliance
Technical Overview
The work centers on inventory control processes including reason-code based inventory changes, daily reporting (daily code report, mark out report, inventory variance reports), and reconciliation-like review of warehouse outs and inventory adjustments. It also includes record retention and compliance workflows aligned with Accounting department review.
