About this role

Support RGA actuarial work by conducting research and assisting with pricing basis and product development. Help with technical/actuarial support for daily quote activities and contribute to ad hoc studies such as experience studies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and assist in producing pricing basis
Provide technical/actuarial support for daily quote activities with a focus on business development responsibilities
Align and understand clients' objectives and RGA's minimum requirements
Involve in ad hoc projects including experience studies and research
Gain market knowledge of the reinsurance and insurance industry and landscape; gain knowledge in actuarial software AXIS

Technical Overview

The role centers on actuarial research and support for reinsurance quotation and pricing basis activities, including learning and using actuarial software AXIS. The intern will assist with product development initiatives and analytical ad hoc projects like experience studies.
