The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing digital and social media campaigns. The role focuses on data analysis, campaign reporting, budgeting/billing, and coordination of timelines and QA across multiple accounts.

- Aggregate and visualize data for digital campaign reports
- Manage billing and budgeting in STRATA
- Traffic, test, and implement digital media campaigns with QA
- Monitor onsite metrics using Google Analytics
- Provide optimization recommendations based on campaign performance
Technical Overview
This role uses reporting tools and Google Analytics to monitor onsite metrics and derive insights. It requires hands-on campaign setup, QA, trafficking, testing, and implementation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, paid search, and remarketing, including UTM setup and STRATA-based billing/budget management.
