About this role
This role supports advertising sales and client success by managing insertion orders, collecting and uploading creative assets, and coordinating ad production details. You’ll work as a liaison between customers, sales/account teams, and designers to ensure timely fulfillment within SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client history reports, billing inquiries, and rate requests
- Manage insertion orders using financial systems across multiple markets
- Communicate ad specs, inventory/availability, and deadlines to the Sales team
- Receive, modify, and upload creative assets and coordinate communication between client, sales, and designers
- Liaise between customer, account managers/executives, and designers to develop high-quality creative assets
