About this role
The Ad Operations Specialist - Client Success supports sales account teams by managing ad orders, handling creative asset intake, and coordinating ad production fulfillment. The role focuses on insertion orders, billing/rate requests, and ensuring creative assets are modified and uploaded correctly under deadlines and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client history reports, billing inquiries and rate requests
- Manage insertion orders utilizing financial systems across multiple markets
- Communicate specs, inventory, availability, and deadlines to the Sales team
- Own receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets and coordination between stakeholders
- Work with sales executives to order campaign tactics within deadlines and expected SLAs
Technical Overview
Operational responsibility for advertising workflows including insertion order management and creative asset processing/validation for print and digital fulfillment. Uses financial systems for orders and coordinates ad production specs and proof workflows with sales and designers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level advertising operations professional who can coordinate high volumes of ad orders and creative asset workflows with strong organizational skills. They partner closely with account executives and designers, manage insertion orders and billing/rate requests, and reliably meet strict deadlines and SLA expectations.
