About this role
Ad Traffic Specialist supports LocaliQ/USA TODAY Co. by coordinating creative assets, proofs, and ad publication across platforms. The role acts as a liaison between Sales, DesignIQ, and Post-Sales to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets and communications between sales and designers
- Monitor ATOL and Salesforce status queues
- Review design quality and provide feedback
- Monitor digital orders for materials compliance
- Ensure all jobs are completed and routed to correct platform
Technical Overview
Uses ATOL and Salesforce to track materials and orders; relies on Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite for asset handling and proofs.
