About this role
Full-time in-person Administrative Assistant supporting Unity Wealth Advisor Group by managing calls, client greetings, mail and email, office supplies, scheduling meetings, and updating a contact management system. The role also supports daily marketing tasks and helps prepare for and follow up on client/member meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Meet and greet clients and manage day-to-day office operations
- Process postal mail and practice email; maintain office supplies
- Schedule client/member meetings and support Financial Advisors with preparation and follow-up
- Manage daily marketing tasks and update contact management system
Technical Overview
Uses Thrivent Financial computer systems and a contact management system to maintain client/member records and support advisor workflows. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business computer aptitude; includes a growth track toward licensing and FINRA exams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an in-person administrative assistant with prior administrative/secretarial experience who can handle phone coverage, client greetings, mail/email processing, and scheduling support for Financial Advisors. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting daily marketing tasks using Microsoft Office, with a willingness to obtain licensing and FINRA SIE/Series 7/Series 66 within the first year.
