Part-time in-person Administrative Assistant role supporting a Thrivent Financial practice by managing phones, member greetings, mail/email, office supplies, and scheduling meetings for Financial Advisors. The assistant also coordinates marketing and events and helps with expense tracking and bill paying.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Process mail and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate marketing and events including client appreciation events, webinars, and workshops
- Schedule meetings and update contact management system
- Track practice expenses and oversee practice bill paying
Technical Overview
Uses Thrivent Financial computer systems and a contact management system to update client/member details and support advisor workflows. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business computer aptitude.
