About this role
This is an in-office Administrative Assistant role supporting daily operations for Fusion Financial Group. The position focuses on answering phones, greeting members, managing mail/email, scheduling meetings for Financial Advisors, maintaining the contact management system, and supporting practice expenses and bill paying.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to requests for information
- Schedule meetings with client/members on behalf of Financial Advisors
- Update the contact management system with client/member contact and preference information
- Track practice expenses and oversee practice bill paying
- Maintain office supplies and process postal mail and practice email
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily administrative systems and productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, plus Thrivent Financial computer systems and a contact management system.
