About this role
Provide dependable administrative support to department leaders and their teams, including scheduling, travel coordination, reports, correspondence, and record/file management. Serve as a point of contact for department processes and requests while maintaining accurate calendars and meeting logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to department leaders
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting agendas including Web-Ex calls
- Coordinate travel and process Travel & Expense Reports and invoices
- Maintain supplies inventory and coordinate mail/faxes/express packages
- Compile and maintain standard and statistical reports and file correspondence
Technical Overview
This is an administrative support role requiring proficiency with computer software applications for correspondence and presentations, plus coordination tools such as Web-Ex. Responsibilities include processing Travel & Expense Reports and managing documentation workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an administrative professional with at least 3 years of office environment experience and proven experience providing executive level support to senior level leaders.
