About this role
Perform a wide variety of administrative and secretarial functions for the Energy Supply department. Manage confidential files, timekeeping, employee changes, mail, office supplies, and departmental budgets and payments. Coordinate meetings and travel and support special projects through research and report development.
Key Responsibilities
- Compose, design, edit, and prepare correspondence, documents, and reports
- Process department timekeeping and employee changes, and handle visitor/phone inquiries
- Maintain confidential and personnel files; manage incoming mail and office supplies inventory
- Support budgets and payment processing for outside contractors and vendors
- Coordinate meetings and travel; conduct special project research and data analysis

The role is operational and administrative, relying on strong proficiency with office productivity tools and computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, and database applications. It also requires accurate data handling for special projects and procedural improvements, with preferred experience using Microsoft Suite tools such as Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
