About this role
This remote administrative support role focuses on setting up and maintaining new claim files for insureds, claimants, agents, and clients. You will handle documentation, communicate via email/phone/Teams, process mail, and perform accurate data entry with an emphasis on efficiency.

- Receive and review new loss information
- Set up new claim files in the claim system
- Generate and prepare initial acknowledgement letter
