Administrative & Systems Coordinator provides organizational clarity by managing administrative systems, documentation, and communication infrastructure. The role supports leadership operations, EOS governance, meeting coordination, and vendor/contract management in a remote nonprofit setting.

- Document & Knowledge Management—Manage SharePoint and all digital storage; EOS & Meeting Management—Coordinate Level 10s and leadership meetings; Executive & C-Suite Support—Calendar management, reports, board materials; Contract & Vendor Management—Track contracts, renewals, onboarding; Systems & Platform Administration—Support administration of key platforms like Microsoft 365 and EOS tools
Technical Overview
Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint; EOS tools; basic systems administration and document management; executive support and confidentiality.
