Admissions Representatives recruit prospective students by handling high-contact inbound and outbound calls in a consultative sales approach. They also process admissions by determining admissibility and residency, ensuring compliance, and guiding students through documents and orientation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to recruit students
- Present admissions and educational opportunity information (admission, transfer of credit, financial assistance, policies)
- Execute compliance standards and determine admissibility and residency
- Communicate via telephone, text message, and/or electronic mail through the admissions process
- Assist students with submitting admissions documents and completing new student orientation

This role uses UA Grantham systems and other software applications to capture learner information and manage admissions workflows. Communication spans telephone, text message, and electronic mail through recruitment and admission stages.
