It also requires strict compliance with the STHS Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, including completion and maintenance of CPI training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an admissions/customer service professional with 1–2 years of medical/healthcare business office experience (preferred) and strong computer skills. They can interview patients or responsible parties, verify insurance and payer benefits, perform up front collections, and assist with admissions eligibility while communicating clearly in English and Spanish. They also demonstrate strong adherence to the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, including required CPI training within 6 months of hire.
