Advanced Data & Insights Analyst in Deposits & Growth Studio Analytics, turning complex retail banking data into insights to inform strategy and customer experience. Builds dashboards, models data, and partners with product and growth teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
Build scalable Power BI dashboards
Source, integrate, and model data from multiple systems
Collaborate with data engineering to improve data quality
Translate business questions into analytical work and communicate findings

Technical Overview

Strong SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development using Power BI; experience with cloud platforms like Azure or Databricks; ability to perform descriptive and advanced analytics and build scalable data pipelines.
