About this role
Finance Analyst supporting Back End Manufacturing Capital; responsible for forecasting and financial close for capex and depreciation for the New Mexico and Oregon manufacturing organizations; focus on process automation to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze financial reconciliations, reports, and variance explanations to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting
- Create and maintain annual budgets and forecasts for multiple business units and the organization
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and financial assessments
- Drive continuous improvements in month-end close processes and management reporting
- Identify and implement financial process improvements leveraging AI and process automation
Technical Overview
Role centers on financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting using Excel, Power BI and Tableau; cross-functional collaboration with project leads and manufacturing teams; emphasis on improving month-end close and reporting accuracy, with potential AI-driven automation.
