About this role
This role is the operational engine behind PG&E’s brand, advertising, and social ecosystem. You will lead integrated planning, manage projects using Workfront, coordinate shoots and asset delivery, and align cross-functional stakeholders to move work efficiently from strategy to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Own integrated planning across brand, advertising, and social using master calendars and timelines
- Lead project management using Workfront (or similar tools) including ownership and approval workflows
- Plan and coordinate brand and social shoots and oversee asset delivery readiness
- Serve as primary connective tissue across Brand Strategy, Social, Video, Analytics, Community Management, agencies, and internal partners
- Bring operational rigor and standardize ways of working to enable creative teams
Technical Overview
This is primarily a marketing operations and production coordination role using Workfront for project management. The scope includes scheduling, approval workflows, content capture planning, and cross-team delivery across brand, social, video, analytics, and community management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior brand advertising and social producer who can lead integrated planning and project management from strategy through launch. They have strong shoot planning and asset delivery experience, plus the emotional intelligence and judgment to coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies in a fast-moving, highly visible environment.
