Agile Program Manager to support software product development; coordinates planning, execution, reviews, and governance across value streams and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Agile Planning process and facilitate planning meetings
- Organize Quarterly Executive Reviews
- Track progress and manage milestones
- Run Agile Retrospectives
- Collaborate with Agile Coach and leadership
Technical Overview
Strong focus on Agile methodologies, Rally/Clarity tooling, SDLC governance, and portfolio management for software products.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior agile program manager with 10+ years of experience, deep knowledge of Agile practices and strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and UX teams. PMP/PgMP and PMI-ACP/CSM are preferred.
Must-Have Skills
A four-year degree in Computer Information SystemsEngineeringor other relevant degree10+ years of related experienceAgile Project or Agile Program Management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate knowledge of the software development life cycle
