About this role

The Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern supports enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives, working with senior leaders to design, track, and communicate progress. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and dashboard development to visualize progress and risks across portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Support Agile transformation strategic planning and documentation of current-state and future-state operating models
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Define and track Agile transformation metrics and KPIs
Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize progress, risks, and outcomes
Prepare executive-ready materials, including presentations, summaries, and status reports

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes dashboard design and data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Google Data Studio; collaboration with business and technology stakeholders; familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence; knowledge of SAFe/Agile concepts.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field with strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools, capable of collaborating with senior leaders on enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
